Pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), Studio Legale Petrocchi hereby provides the following information on how the personal data of users who consult the website of the law Firm Studio Legale Petrocchi, which can be accessed electronically at, will be processed.

Personal data voluntarily provided by the user

The Firm collects and processes Personal Data directly and voluntarily provided by the user by filling in the available forms and/or to receive information on services. Navigation data

Like all websites, this site also uses log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The data collected may be as follows:

In particular, with Google, Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized on the basis of specific decisions of the European Union and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in particular the decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here the information page of the Italian Guarantor), for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.


The personal data collected will be processed and stored for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with the storage times provided for by applicable regulations or until you revoke your consent given for processing where applicable. Subsequently, the personal data will be automatically deleted or made anonymous permanently.
